End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “you”) and AI Financial Team Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your use of the Quantik – Stocks & Crypto AI mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its content, features, AI systems, and updates — remain the exclusive property of AI Financial Team Ltd. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

3. Subscription and Payment

The App may offer subscription plans that unlock premium features. Payments are processed through your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Pricing, subscription terms, and available features may change, and any updates will be clearly displayed in the App prior to renewal.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully before using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI insights, stock or crypto data, or any resulting financial performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Financial Team Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or financial decisions made in reliance on the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or misuse the service.

9. Updates to this Agreement

We may update this EULA periodically to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
